The "two guys" are Berg and Pete, who share
an apartment and support themselves by
delivering pizza. In the first year of medical
school, Berg had a cavalier approach to life
and women but now finds himself alternately
loving, hating and dating number one med student
Ashley. Pete has abandoned his plans to become
an architect and is searching for a career. His
feelings for Sharon have developed beyond
friendship but she doesn't know it . . . yet.
Sharon is "the girl"--the upstairs neighbor who
hates being a chemical company spokeswoman,
although she can't complain about the benefits
(i.e. a hefty salary and a shiny "Beemer").
Sharon's boyfriend, Johnny, adores her, but
she's not sure what she wants . . . maybe it's
because she's already met the ideal
man but doesn't know it.
