Desperate times call for desperate measures
and Ray Drecker's situation couldn't be much tougher.

The former high school sports legend turned middle-aged high school
basketball coach is divorced and struggling to provide for his kids
when his already run-down house catches fire.

Looking to take on a second job, Ray decides to exploit his best asset
in a last-ditch attempt to change his fortunes.

Created by Dmitry Lipkin and Colette Burson, Hung uses dark humor to tell
the story of a man fighting to survive personal setbacks
that have been compounded by a troubled economy.

Thomas Jane heads up the cast in this comedy as Ray Drecker, a middle-aged
and depressed high school teacher and basketball coach who feels embittered
after his wife of 20 years leaves him for her dermatologist.

When a fire damages his rundown Detroit house, Ray's spirits are in an all-time low.
To make matters worse, his twin children who were living with him, leave to move in
with their mom and her new husband.

Ray then finds himself attending a local self-help class whose central mantra is to
identify a personal "winning tool" to market for financial success. Ray has a eureka
moment after he meets a fellow attendee and ex-flame Tanya.

Since then, he has vowed to use his greatest asset
(refer to the title of the series if this is still unclear) to change his fortunes.

Joining Jane and Adams are Anne Heche who plays Ray's ex-wife, Jessica

and Eddie Jemison as Jessica's new husband, Dr. Ronnie Haxon.

Rounding up the series cast are Charlie Saxton and Sianoa Smit-McPhee
who play Jessica and Ray's twin children, Damon and Darby.
